Organ Donation awareness session at Amity International School, Noida

ORGAN India conducted an awareness session for the students of classes 11th and 12
of Amity International School, Noida on January 22nd, 2020. The session was organized by the School Team Tech Amigos. More than 250 students and 10 teachers attended the session and had many queries about organ and tissue donation. Dr. Geetika Vashisth from ORGAN India took this session and shared the various aspects of organ donation including brain stem death, the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act of 1994, and the myths and misconceptions about organ donation.
At the MR Research Department, Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, 100 students gathered on April 9 to hear Sunayana and Aprajita speak. The talk focused on facts—like how only 0.01% of Indians are registered donors—and ways to change that.
A successful and insightful organ donation awareness session was held at Government Model Senior Secondary School (GMSSSS), Kalanaur, Rohtak, on 8th July 2025. The session was conducted by Ms. Divya from ORGAN India. The session was highly engaging, with participants asking questions and showing a strong interest in contributing to this life-saving cause.
